Senior level paralegal with experience in copyright/trademark/patent litigation. The ideal candidate will have substantial knowledge of the litigation process, including discovery and trial procedures.
Candidate will be responsible for directing activities of other paralegals, project assistants and temporary employees in a large case environment, as well as off-site discovery and trial teams. Candidate will also lead document productions. Exceptional communication and organization/planning skills are essential to success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of in-depth litigation and IP paralegal experience, demonstrated proficiency with Concordance and other legal applications and tools, and possess a Bachelor's Degree (paralegal certificate a plus) or a related combination of education and trial experience. Candidate must be able to work extended overtime and travel as required.
