No, Personnel Professionals is 100% employer paid. Our services are free of charge to candidates seeking positions.

What do I need to bring with me for an interview with Personnel Professionals?
A good clean copy of your resume,
Driver's license or picture ID,
Social Security Card, and
if here on work visa, please bring that information as well.
A minimum of 3 personal references including phone numbers.
Previous employer information (last 3) including contact name, title, telephone, email and fax.
Copies of any professional certifications or licenses,
prior (but current) performance evaluations, and
documentation of accomplishments.
If prior employer and personal reference contact information is not provided at the time of the interview, your paperwork will not be processed until all the contact information is provided to us. Our clients do not make hiring decisions lightly and will want as much information as you are able to provide.

How should I dress for an interview?
You should be dressed in business professional or business casual attire, with business casual as your "dress down". It is important for the firm to know that you have correct interview attire, and first impressions are lasting impressions.

How long should I expect my interview to last?
It is a good idea to allow up to 2 hours for your interview.

Will I have to do any testing?
That depends on the requirements of the position you are applying for. If testing is required it may be done at the time of your interview or scheduled at a future time. If you have been tested by another staffing company, you may bring a copy of your test results with you so that you do not have to re-test.

How soon will you be able to find me a job?
That depends on how your skills and experience match up with our current job openings. It is in both of our best interests to find you employment as soon as possible.

No, unless you tell us we may. This is why we ask for 3 prior employers as well as personal references.
